Process
The process was to the point, short, and sweet. It involved three interviews, each focusing on one of the following skills:
- Writing code
- OO Design
- Architecture
The interviewers were very forthcoming about all my questions. The best part was the informal nature of the whole process.

Pros: Great place to work.
Awesome team.
Flexible hours.
Superb learning environment.
Cons: Probably give more free food? I mean, this is a food company. Lol.
There is catering for one day a week, and we get some money to use on GrubHub, which comes up to 1.5-2 lunches. So yeah, make this more.
