I received an email from one of the recruiters and scheduled a casual conversation. I hadn't heard back from her after one week, so I sent her an email to check in. It's okay that she didn't reply to me the first time. However, I sent her another email after half a month, and still did not receive a reply. One month after our talk, I got a rejection.

If you don't want to forward me to the next step, please just send me a rejection letter after our talk. Please respect your candidates; I sent three emails asking if I could proceed with my application further or not. If your recruiting team has decided not to move forward with a candidate, please just tell them. Don't waste your candidates' time.
