Great company culture
Great company culture
I've worked a handful of software jobs in the past several years, and GrubHub has definitely been my favorite. The company culture has been great so far. I have yet to experience an excessive workload, and they've been very accommodating of my personal life.
RSUs are a significant portion of total comp, and there are no cash bonuses at my level. I'd prefer cash and/or salary increases rather than more RSU grants.
