This place is just pure fun and has flexibility like no other company. As a new employee, there's definitely a lot to learn about the platform, but everything is illuminating.
The work can sometimes be overwhelming – not too much, but just enough to put you on edge. That's something to be expected anywhere else, really. If you're not really being challenged, then you won't get anywhere. I guess this isn't really a con.
