CEO Dominates All Decision Making

Pros: The product is good for the most part.
Cons: The CEO overrules decisions and trumps his entire management team's opinions. I was not on the "staff" team but, as an outsider observing their interactions and the way decisions were made, it was horrifying that one person can be so self-absorbed. Also, the People Team has zero power.
