I applied online.
After the application, you receive a CodeSignal GCA if you are selected; it is not automatic. If you pass, you are moved onto the first technical round. If you pass that, there is another technical round. Both technical rounds are LeetCode style from the Gusto tagged questions. Finally, there are two 30-minute behavioral interviews. The first (VMA) is a "tell me about a time" based interview, and the second (with the hiring manager) is more situational and project-based, covering what you would do if faced with certain scenarios.
What would you do and who would you tell if you encountered a bug in a project just before the deadline?
