Phone screen with a LeetCode easy/medium question. The question wasn't different from what was asked before, and I solved it, including all edge cases. The interviewer was impressed and said it was the optimal solution. When I pinged the recruiter about next steps, I received a reject.
Like others have said, they are playing games with candidates. Don't waste your time.
