A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn.
I was screened by the recruiter, then had a TPS interview.
This was followed by a five-person virtual onsite interview circuit.
A week later, I had to ask for the results of the onsite interview, and about five minutes after that, I received a rejection email.
Unfortunately, I don't know where I fell short. My gut feeling is that the work session interview was the issue. I believe my interviewer was terrible, as this interview was described as "paired programming" and "communication." Despite asking many questions, his response was always something like, "Whatever you want."
Aside from that and the quick rejection, which would have been great to receive as soon as you knew I wasn't a fit, that would have been a great experience.
