If you don't consistently clean up his messes, he will find other ways to exploit your growth in the company. Also, the products he's trying to build are unusable and shallow in terms of engineering, while he thinks he's some revolutionary. Meanwhile, better, cheaper, and quality products are available in the market. - The core product is the only revenue generator; everything else is just marketing to fit things in. - Engineering culture has been on a downhill since some good leaders left. - Overall, HackerRank's work culture prioritizes excessive work pressure for its own sake over employee welfare, creating an environment rife with stress, dissatisfaction, and disillusionment.
