I recently had a great, project-focused interview experience with HackerRank!
My first technical round was with the CTO & Co-founder, followed by a second with the Director of Engineering.
The entire conversation revolved around my projects, giving me the opportunity to discuss them in depth for the first time in an interview setting. They were genuinely interested in my work.
A key takeaway is that HackerRank highly values extracurricular technical activities, hackathon participation, and open-source contributions.
Although I didn't make the final cut, it was an incredibly valuable experience overall!
