- Employees aren't listened to, even after filling out surveys sent by HR to improve the work environment. Only leadership words matter.
- High-performing employees, with awards and recognitions, are put under PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) to systematically let them go without any questions being raised to the company.
- Work-life balance isn't promoted and is looked down upon by managers who don't have any personal life of their own.
- You are lucky if you get a supportive manager who trusts the team.
