Great Culture. Bad Leadership
- Amazing culture.
- CEO Vivek has great ideas to work for and the potential to put the company to good heights.
- Good learning curve.
- Some good developers are there from whom you can learn.
The new leadership is not good. Here is some honest feedback:
- VP of Engineering: Talks too much, but is not practical and not supportive at all.
- VP of Product: Brings no vision to the product, as well as lacks the skill of good planning and making good decisions.
- Architects: Need to improve on how infra can be optimized. But have never seen any good initiative with development effort put up by any.
Management is good. People's views are valued. I would just suggest one thing: connect more with people and see what they have in mind and how they feel.
