The revenue predictions from the past many quarters have been bad, and as a result, the bonus payout is sometimes 50%. They reward people in a very unfair manner, and people who nod their head to everything are in good books. They organize offsites and spend money on hotels and lunches, but they fail to keep the bonus portion of the salary in full. This kind of management has led to many people leaving the company.
At least pay the bonus. You can party offsite after paying out the bonus.
