  • High-performing employees, with awards and recognitions, are put under PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) to systematically let them go without any questions being raised to the company.
  • Work-life balance isn't promoted and is looked down upon by managers who don't have any personal life of their own.
  • You are lucky if you get a supportive manager who trusts the team.
Advice to Management

Instead of just listening to the leadership, try to listen to the employees as well and understand their perspective.
