Engineers are more involved with product decisions.
In the past few months, work-life balance has taken a hit.
There are calls late at night with the US team. I feel like I never sign off; I work 12 hours a day and cannot distinguish between my work life and personal life.
I don't feel like sleeping after a late-night meeting, and I am more exhausted the next day. There are people who do not understand the meaning of async communication; they need a meeting for everything.
