I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.
Kind of strange. Two rounds of phone interviews with a recruiter, which seemed fine, then a video interview with someone from engineering leadership, who mostly talked about the company and asked only a few low-signal questions, without probing anything technical (like coding, system design, or past experiences). Then an abrupt rejection.
The following metrics were computed from 8 interview experiences for the Hadrian Software Engineer role.
Hadrian's interview process for their Software Engineer roles is extremely selective, failing the vast majority of engineers.
Candidates reported having very negative feelings for Hadrian's Software Engineer interview process.
