Pros: Great balance of life and work, flexible PTO, aggressive compensation.

Cons: None that I can think of, at least not yet.

Pros: The mission of the company really resonates with me. I take a lot of pride in the work we do, and so do most people at the company. Everyone operates with a sense of purpose, which creates an energy that I really like. The company is growing quickly, so there is no shortage of opportunities to grow into new roles. My managers have worked with me on multiple occasions to provide mobility into different areas. There is an emphasis on giving and receiving feedback. It may not always be positive, but I believe that it's truly received and acted upon at every level. We truly are democratizing access to opportunity. I've stayed in touch with my alma mater and have seen the impact Handshake has had for students there. They are getting access to jobs they never would have known existed before.

Cons: Things have been chaotic, but I assume that's typical of companies going through this much growth. Personally, I enjoy this type of environment because it allows me to think entrepreneurially, and I am empowered to solve problems I care about.

Pros: Very good communication and a straightforward interview process.

Cons: None in my opinion, for now.
