The first screening process was cool. I had to do an initial tech interview that was fairly simple and practical.
The second interview was very long. I didn't expect it to take about 4 hours. It took up an entire day, really. I had to take off from work.
I ended up having a second technical interview that didn't seem to be too planned out. They wanted me to have code prepared already, but I was not made aware of that prior to the interview at all. I wish the interview was shorter and more put together. Or, if it had to be long, I would have appreciated them letting me know how long it would be before asking for my availability.
