Stress level depends a lot on your manager. I had a really good manager, and it was low-stress and a great culture. Under a different manager, it was more dramatic, and we were told that we shouldn't be transparent with coworkers about performance reviews or salary.
Recruiters were quick to reach out and update after each round, and everyone was very nice. I love the fact that they were very transparent from the jump about what the role was going to look like.

The interview was done by an AI. It was pleasant, but it was strange to not have any face-to-face interaction with another person. The interview was also very short, and the AI didn’t appear to work off of answers very well.
