I really like how Handshake prioritizes its employees: their well-being, their work satisfaction, their personal growth, and their aspirations. The EU team is a diverse and fun team. We get together regularly for team-building events and social gatherings. Handshake's flexible work hours and remote work options have been a lifesaver, and having a dog-friendly office in Berlin is also a huge plus.
