I have loved my time working at HS. I started just before the pandemic began, and they handled that transition with grace.
The people at the company are all friendly and welcoming. DEI efforts have been a big focus in hiring.
Leadership is transparent, and managers work with ICs on their goals and growth path. The company has great benefits, including unlimited PTO (which they actually encourage you to take advantage of) and really support a healthy work/life balance.
It's a fast-growing startup, so there are some growing pains, but leadership does everything they can to address that.
