Harvey has been my favorite job I’ve ever had, and also one of the most challenging.
The pace is fast, and the company’s ability to pivot quickly and execute in a rapidly changing AI landscape is impressive.
The work is consistently interesting, and the people are a major highlight. There is a very high level of buy-in across the company, and working with people who care as much as you do is really motivating.
I’m excited to come in every day and genuinely love the environment.
Planning can be inconsistent, and at times it can feel like plans become outdated almost as soon as they are made. Smaller projects can drag on longer than expected, while large, high priority projects may suddenly become all hands on deck efforts with scope evolving as it is built. Customer expectations are high, and there is real pressure to deliver quickly without making mistakes.
We need to get better at planning. The speed and ambition are real strengths, but clearer prioritization, more realistic scoping, and better upfront alignment would make execution more effective and sustainable.

I applied online. 1 phone screen round + 4 onsite rounds. The screen round is a leetcode style coding question. The onsite rounds are: * 1 leetcode style coding question * 1 system design * 1 behavior * 1 project deep dive Their question bank seems
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. Very professional and friendly. They really try to sell you the experience as in-person and fun, but also there’s pressure to be in the office regardless of the commute. Technical interview qu
