Made it halfway through the interview process.
Started off talking to a recruiter. This was a short 30-minute conversation about the company and the role(s).
Next step was a tech screen. This was a 90-minute test on CodeSignal, not a series of LeetCode questions. It wasn't really difficult, but working on a web-based IDE can be challenging, along with the list of rules to ensure you're not using AI.
Next was a 60-minute behavioral screen with a manager. They read questions off a sheet of paper, the kind of questions you could find online for 'tech behavior interview questions'. They asked these for 45 minutes, and I had 15 minutes for questions for them. The manager repeated the importance in their job to improve process and efficiency.
Didn't pass the behavioral screen. Sent a generic email. Asked for feedback, but none was received.
