The process was pretty straightforward. It was one round with a recruiter, followed by a round with the hiring manager. If you passed the hiring manager round, you were given a take-home assignment.
They had a "coding in the open" policy for the assignment, where they invited me to a Discord channel where a number of their engineers were, so I could ask questions about the assignment.
The assignment itself was fairly ambiguous, outside of the general task. You were supposed to gather enough clarity from the engineers by asking questions in the Discord.
