People on the ground are still generally aligned quite strongly with the HashiCorp principles. Pay transparency amongst employees in an internal Slack channel. Remote work allows great flexibility. Base salary is usually good for the UK as a whole compared to other tech companies (but not compared to the US market). Interesting technology/products, even if at a high level. Used to have/still does have gravitas as a company name to have worked for. RSU scheme - although you MUST negotiate these as high as possible (along with salary) when joining, as it's very difficult to 'fix' after you join and see what others were given (due to pay transparency mentioned earlier).

Very pathetic and unprofessional hiring experience. I attended all loop rounds. For each interview round, I was able to achieve the expected result, yet I was rejected without any feedback. They did not share what went wrong. The hiring team went int
