Lots of changes as we grow fast might be a consideration for some, but there's still more security and thoughtfulness in growing than in any other tech startup I've come across.
I think management is well-aware of the areas we need to focus work and energy, and is doing a good job. Keeping remote culture for engineering, as we grow the in-office other departments, will be important.
