1.Pay master in the industry 2.Best minds hired across different teams within Hashicorp. 3.Great workplace with a hybrid work from home and office options
Not a con but with the recent acquisition of Hashi, which is done by IBM, things need to be observed in terms of the way this company operated then vs now, however the senior officials within Hashicorp claim to have said that nothing will change in terms of how Hashicorp will function.
All good so far.
