Five interviews total.
First interview with recruiter - mostly overview of the company, why I'm looking, etc.
Second interview with lead. Debugged a broken server and created a program to query a log file for info.
Third interview was with the lead again to architect a ticketing system.
Fourth interview was with a couple of engineers. They asked me some questions about my experience, what I would do in a specific situation, etc.
Final interview was with the manager, who asked me to segment my work history into chapters. Each chapter, I would explain my intent, my proudest accomplishment, and any mistakes or missed opportunities.
I thought the interview process was ideal for the position.
