I applied online. The process took 5 weeks.
Spoke to a recruiter who then reached out to schedule a chat and describe the recruitment process. It took a few weeks to schedule the first technical interview. The interview was scheduled for the wrong role, which was ignored by both the interview coordinator and the recruiter. The interviewee joined the meeting late. They didn't explain what to expect. The task was about coding some logic and printing out shapes. Later, the interviewer bragged about working with many colleagues who have a PhD degree.
The recruiter sent a rejection email about two weeks later. I'm glad I was rejected, as I just started a new job that pays double and offers better benefits.
