Avionics Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks.

  • First round was a phone screening with a recruiter. Very simple, just went over my resume and made sure I knew the stuff that was on there.
  • Second round was a one-on-one video call with an engineering lead. It was a lot of just talking about experiences and projects, with a few technical questions sprinkled in.
  • Third round was a virtual presentation to a small panel about a project of my choosing. They asked a few questions but were overall very receptive and encouraging.
  • Final round was onsite and went through multiple groups of two people. A few technical questions and some questions to test how you would go about solving problems. Nothing was overly intense in any of the rounds.
