I applied online.

I only got the first interview in which they ask about the projects that I have done, basic stuff. They then told me that they were going to send me an assignment, basically a homework assignment that you have to do in 48 hours and present in a Word document or presentation.

The HR told me that they were going to send me the assignment on Friday, which they didn't send. They ended up sending me the assignment on Sunday, which I find very irresponsible because I sent an email and contacted HR via LinkedIn to let them know about the situation, but they responded on Sunday with the assignment.

I was mad because I wanted to have the end of the week to do the assignment in the time in which I had the most time to work with it. Eventually, I did the homework, which was very difficult. I tried to find some of the material related to the assignment, but some were not very clear on the answer they wanted.

Overall, I received an email that they were not going to move forward with my application. I think it is because I didn't send them a response of the assignment they wanted and the format as well.

I was mad because of the way they handled my application, and then the assignment for me was a sign that this isn't the company that I should work with. Their project is amazing and building a Mach 5 plane that can travel in the least time, but for me, they need to improve the HR recruitment system overall. Maybe I will apply in the future.
