I participated in a pool campus drive. It was organized pretty well.
They basically had 4 rounds.
Programming test (MCQ questions - can choose between C, Java, or testing) -> Easy and basic questions
Face-to-face technical round -> Depends on the person interviewing you. -> They asked me Java-related questions like Comparable interface, difference between HashSet and HashMap, collections, LinkedList, Trees, etc. -> For some, they asked very basic questions like explaining JRE or to write a program to swap two numbers.
Managerial round -> Asked questions related to SDLC and to write some queries with GROUP BY and HAVING, joins, etc. This round can also be called a stress round. -> This round was mostly for guys, and girls didn't have this round.
HR round -> This is just a formality. They just talk to you for a few minutes and voilà, I was asked to fill a form, and I was selected.
Cons:
OOPS concepts, data structure, SQL, SDLC
