Had an initial phone interview with the SalesForce Architect checking for basic fit.
Second interview was with the architect and team manager, asking about prior experience and going over the home assignment.
Third interview was to go over the home assignment and get feedback.
Last interview was with the head of H.R., asking a lot of in-depth questions to gauge personality and character.
Questions
The home assignment described a business process of how leads are registered by resellers and updated in Salesforce, including manual and automatic processes. You needed to write QA test cases, any questions regarding missing information, and to mention any risks you see in the process.
