Process
The interview process at HPE was structured, technical, and friendly. It began with an online assessment focused on core CS fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
This was followed by two technical interviews that delved into my project experience, OOPs concepts, SQL, and basic system design. The interviewers were encouraging and asked follow-up questions to test depth of understanding.
It concluded with an HR round where I was asked about my motivations, internship expectations, and cultural fit.
