I recently had an interview, and I must say it was a highly unpleasant experience.

He displayed a complete lack of professionalism, and his behavior was both rude and arrogant.

It became evident that he lacked the necessary interview skills and failed to effectively communicate the problem statement he presented verbally.

What bothered me the most was his refusal to take responsibility for the lack of clarity in his instructions. He would state something verbally and then deny ever mentioning it when I sought clarification. It was frustrating and unproductive.

I believe that if he had taken the time to write down the problem statement, it would have avoided unnecessary misunderstandings.

Encountering such unprofessional conduct during an interview was disappointing. As an interviewer, he should have shown respect and consideration towards candidates. His lack of clarity and unprofessional behavior were detrimental to the overall experience.

It is important for organizations to be aware of the experiences candidates have during the interview process. This feedback aims to highlight the need for improved professionalism and conduct in interviews within the organization.
