Worst interview experience in my career. First, the HR team scheduled the interview. Then, on the day of the interview, when I joined the Teams call, no one showed up to take the interview. After 20 minutes, they sent a mail saying the interview was not possible today and rescheduled it. Again, on the second interview day, no one joined the call, and this time they did not even send a mail saying the interview was canceled.

Most unprofessional behavior in my experience. I did not expect this from such a reputed organization.
