It was for a Software Design and Development intern position. There were two telephonic rounds for 3 hours back-to-back. The interviewers were good.

They mostly focused on Java and OOPs concepts, such as exception handling, objects, and garbage collection. There were also basic data structures questions on Arrays, LinkedLists, and Trees.

Pros: People, that's it. i.e. Director level and below.

Cons: Why would anyone want to work for big high-tech companies anymore? There's no loyalty to the people, and vice versa. It's all about short-term stock prices. Out with the old (workers), in with the new (lower-paid resources). If you like wondering if you have a job each day, come work for this place. BTW, I left on my own terms, didn't wait for the WFR that was likely to come my way.

BTW, I left on my own terms, didn't wait for the WFR that was likely to come my way.

Pros: Base pay is higher than similar positions; bonus and equity are lower, though. Many smart people here, lots to learn. It's never dull or boring.

Cons: The vacation policy is poor compared to alternatives.
