The interview process was very straightforward, probably because it was an employee referral. I was placed straight into the last phase of interviews, and the interview was on Skype for Business. There were 6 people in the room interviewing me. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes, and it was about 10 minutes of technical questions and 20 minutes of character questions. They really care about your character, so be prepared for that.
