I first had a short (about 15 minutes) phone interview. In it, I introduced myself and answered some very simple technical questions.
I then got to the "assessment centre," which was onsite. It consisted of two interviews (one technical, one managerial) and one group work activity.
I can't remember much. All I can remember is for the phone interview: "What is Object Oriented Programming".
For the managerial interview: "What is your 5-year plan?"
