Process

The interview process was disorganized. Some people were nice, and some had large egos.

Each candidate spoke with three different developers. Two developers were extremely nice and spoke in depth about what they do. They had looked over my resume ahead of time.

The third developer skimmed my resume at the start of the interview. She asked, "Are you a 'real computer science programmer or one of those converted people'?" I expected the interview to go downhill from there.

I got the position. Yes, she was extremely difficult to work with.
