The initial telephone interview lasted 30 minutes and consisted of general questions about myself and why I wanted to work for the company. This was with a member of the graduate recruitment team.

The assessment centre interview was conducted on a one-on-one basis and included several different topics of questions. The topics ranged from management styles to how I would/have handled a variety of situations. The interview lasted roughly 45-50 minutes. This interview was with a member of the hiring department.
