Process
First, I had a technical round where I was asked basic Java questions and to write Java code, which went well.
After that, I got a call for a second round, but the interview was not scheduled. When I called HR, I was informed that the present post is for the Japanese region, and hence my application was not processed further.
I just feel they must be more responsible when it comes to taking someone's time for an interview or other processes.
