Pros: The company has a great culture and work ethic. Good leave policy. They provide a nice mentorship program.

Cons: It will take time to grow here.

Pros: Package is decent. Incentives depend on the project.

Cons: Work-life balance depends on the project.

Pros: - Pay is half decent. - Well-known name in the industry. Working here could lead to a better job elsewhere. - Campus is pretty decent.

Cons: - They *really* don't hire the best people. The workplace is full of either contractors to save money or people with little to no related experience in their roles, often with underwhelming educational backgrounds. This ends up being a big problem when you go to work with these people, as they often are not capable of pulling their weight. - Culture is stale. Way, way too many VPs and directors versus engineers and regular workers. Considering they have been laying off regular workers left and right, I really haven't seen any VPs depart. This also leads to a lot of politics, as there are more than a few groups trying to achieve the same exact goal. - Workforce can be unprofessional. HR/Talent Acquisition people here are surprisingly the least professional people I've dealt with in the industry. I've heard them say racist things about candidates, look up pictures of candidates to see if they are attractive, and not want to interview candidates because of their age, among other things. Granted, people who did this kind of thing are no longer working here, but the fact that this kind of behavior was allowed is still appalling. There is also a severe disconnect between the HR people and engineering. HR does events and parties that they think would be suitable instead of taking into account the fact that this is a tech company full of engineers. - People here really don't work their hours. There is a lot of "working from home," where they aren't actually working. When I first got here, a colleague told me that it would be okay as long as I came to work 80% of the time. This means projects are always behind, and if you are someone that works diligently, then you have to carry more weight than everyone else.
