Got a call via Naukri.com. Scheduled an interview for the next day after some basic programming screening questions from the contacted person. The interview was nice and smooth. It was indeed a good discussion. The interviewer seemed satisfied at the end. It's been two weeks, but unfortunately, I didn't hear back even after a follow-up email.

Candidates invest their time, energy, and hope to get a better opportunity from an interview. Recruiters should understand that too. At least provide a one-liner feedback like, 'You are not selected for further processes.'
