The interview process at HPE depends on the profile for which you will be selected. The interview process is not the same in all cases; it differs. Generally, the interview process followed by HPE for developers, testers, and technical assistants in general off-campus drives for freshers is as follows:

First, there will be a multiple-choice exam that includes technical questions (40), aptitude questions (12), and English questions (8).

After this, the selected candidates are called for the interview rounds.

• Technical interview round of around 30 minutes.
• Managerial interview round of around 30 minutes.
• HR interview round of around 15–20 minutes.

After clearing all the above interview rounds, they will ask the candidate to fill one form which includes your complete details.
