It was pretty extensive, but I can't complain about the process. Technical questions were solid, and strategic questions were solid as well. The only thing where I think there could be an opportunity is with the offer process. I established a specific salary benefit that my current employer was giving me, and when the offer came by, it was made for exactly that amount, thus making the offer not very competitive in the current aggressive market. Overall, I think that the process was awesome, and the people who interviewed me were excellent as well.
