Solutions Architect Interview Experience - Australia
Process
The candidate process is truly atrocious. I received no feedback. The hiring manager doesn't reply to simple messages for months on end after the interview. I was even referred by an HPE employee for the role. I cannot get any update. The HPE Careers Workday site provides no information. Even now, over a year later, I cannot see what the outcome of the jobs I applied for was. Did I get rejected? Am I still being considered? I have no idea. It just says "View my submitted application". Totally hopeless.
