Pros: My team was quite nice and chill. As much work as I asked for, though the onboarding process to finally get starter took longer than I liked. Free snacks
Cons: I can feel the bureaucracy sometimes and reluctances to try out new things when they are afraid to break stuff. Understandable since i'm an intern.
