The testing organization lead called to know about my experience, availability, and salary expectation. Then, a telephonic interview with the project manager, who is working on the client site. It was of average complexity. They asked about the testing processes and what types of testing I performed.
They inquired about my experience with automation and manual testing, the frameworks I used, defect management, and the testing methodologies I worked on. Agile questions were also asked.
