Excellent (and I mean it) work-life balance.
Ample time to think and start off on work.
A good place for employees to settle down in a company for a long while (managers).
Lack of rigorous work, which might land freshers into a dump as they won't be going through the tough phase of learning. Not much in terms of appraisals or bonuses.
Please start addressing the technical people personally and individually, and make sure they are alligned with the technology they have worked on or are comfortable with.
